This was the first time I ordered food online from Shake Shack, and I believe it will be the last. The website was extremely slow and not very user-friendly. In addition to the frustrating website, the food was honestly one of the worst burgers I've ever tasted in my life, having tried burgers on three different continents and in twenty-two countries. The burger meat had a terrible odor and was very greasy. The mushroom burger was also quite disappointing. The only positive aspect of my order was the fries and onion rings, which were at least edible. The burgers went straight to the trash after just one bite. I wonder if the managers ever taste their food or if they keep the better options for themselves while serving this to customers. It's a big question for me. I regret the time and money I wasted on this order

Nice that you add tomato and lettuce but it’s a sliver of each, visible only on the outside. Not a full slice or leaf. Deceptive

Perfect burger. I ordered a double burger using the automated kiosk, and the process was quick and easy. I first tried Shake Shack in Dubai, but the flavor here is even better. The burger was juicy, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best fast-casual burgers around. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

Great food, but for there only being 3 other people in the restaurant at the time there while we ordered, it did seem to take a while to come out. But that also means it was fresh!

I came to the Shake Shack in Burbank for lunch and overall had a really good experience. Since it was midday, it wasn’t crowded and ordering was quick and smooth. I like that they serve beer and wine here it makes the place feel a little more elevated than a typical burger joint. The quality of the food is definitely a plus. Their beef is hormone and antibiotic free, and they focus on clean ingredients, which gives you peace of mind. The ShackBurger came out super hot, with a juicy patty and a fluffy potato bun. The cheese is rich and creamy, though it can feel a little heavy if you’re not too hungry. Ordering on the touchscreen was easy with pictures of the menu items, and the restaurant itself is modern, bright, and clean, making it a nice spot for families and friends. Prices are a bit higher than average, but the overall taste, quality, and vibe make it worth trying.
